Sense of loss

What have I lost?
My young simple innocence. Life was beautiful and full of laughter. God was easy to understand and I didn't question Him. This was probably because I took Him for granted and took Him at his word value. I didn't try to figure Him out in my head because I knew I was too young and wouldn't get it anyway. I just... trusted. No wonder Jesus said that to enter the Kingdom of Heaven you need to come as a child.
